CABREO Restaurant comes to life following the friendship and long-time partnership between Chef Alessio Sedran and the Folonari family.
Alessio, a young entrepreneur, is the Executive Chef responsible for management and coordination of the restaurant. Chef Giacomo Rossi and Chef Luca Vanneschi are in charge of the kitchen while Letizia Coppini is maître d’ and responsible for dining room services.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
To enhance each dish we always look for the best raw materials, strictly local and preferably from small producers who respect sustainability.
Lunch is served every day from 12:30 to 15:00 (except Sundays). We offer our guests a schedule that allows them to enjoy tasty and light dishes whenever suits them best. Nothing better than coming home after a busy day sightseeing and shopping and being able to eat genuine, fresh and refined dishes until late afternoon.
Our Chef Giacomo prepares rich salads, delicious cold cuts and cheese platters, desserts, ice creams and a wide selection of seasonal fruits, all accompanied by our delicious wines.
CABREO Restaurant offers its guests a refined and delicious dinner, from 19:00 to 21:00, daily except Sundays. Every dish is prepared using the best Tuscan ingredients sourced locally and, where possible, picked directly from our garden. Pairing Giacomo’s wonderful food with the wines from our cellar will certainly enhance your dining experience.
When dinner is served inside we can only accommodate a maximum of 22 guests. When the weather is mild and we can serve dinner outside we can accommodate a maximum of 24-26 guests.
