A Tuscan taste

CABREO comes to life following the friendship and long-time partnership between Chef Alessio Sedran and the Folonari family.  

Alessio, a young entrepreneur with the role of Executive Chef, is entrusted with the management and coordination of the restaurant located on the hills above Greve in Chianti. At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Giacomo Rossi, flanked by Chef Luca Vanneschi, while Letizia Coppini is in charge of the dining room, and is personally responsible for welcoming and ‘pampering’ our customers.

All the dishes proposed by the chefs reflect our love for the Chianti territory and a special attention to sustainability. Indeed, the basis of each recipe is quality raw materials, rigorously selected with care from small local producers.

Lunch at Cabreo

At our Restaurant in Greve in Chianti can lunch is served every day from 12:30 to 15:00. The menu is designed to combine taste, desire for lightness and flexibility of schedule. It is ideal if you want to have something to eat until mid afternoon with genuine, light and refined dishes, even in their simplicity.

Among the proposals of our chef Giacomo, are rich salads, tasty platters of cold cuts and cheeses, ice cream and the dessert of the day, all accompanied by our excellent wines.

Dinner on the hills of Greve in Chianti

CABREO Restaurant is open daily for dinner from 7 to 9 pm (last seating). The evening menu is carefully designed to offer elegant recipes that are a reinterpretation of some of the most traditional flavors of Chianti. You can choose from refined and innovative appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts, perfect when paired with wines from our cellar. Chef Giacomo uses the freshest ingredients, sourced from Tuscany and, whenever possible, picked directly from our garden.

When dinner is served inside we can seat a maximum of 22 people. During the warmer months, when we serve outside, we can seat up to a maximum of 26 to 28 people who will also enjoy an incredible view of the Tuscan hills of Greve in Chianti.
